September 22nd marks the first official day of fall, and with the kids already back in school , many of you may be finding yourself extra busy with work and even leisure activities (I’m talking to all of you football fans out there!). This is the time of the year when it can be really challenging to find time to go to the gym. To add onto all of life’s responsibilities, in little more than a month from now, the official start of the holiday season will be here! You know what that means — Halloween candy, holiday work parties with drinking involved, Thanksgiving Day dinner and of course, Christmas themed gatherings with sweet treats! As a fitness expert who is truly passionate about keeping others on track with their fitness goals, I want to make sure you don’t lose focus on your long-term and short-term objectives.
With that said, I am super excited to introduce my NEW Fall Fitness Virtual Training Program! This comprehensive 8-week program is set to launch October 1st and is available to anyone in the world thanks to innovative video streaming technology! Literally, you can live in Kansas, California, or even China; as long as you have Internet access and can attend the various set times of my classes, you can participate in this program and reach your fitness goals through the holiday season!
My last Virtual Training Program was so successful that it received rave reviews and media coverage by South Florida’s premiere newspaper, the Sun Sentinel. With the success of my first-ever virtual training program over the summer, I decided to launch a new program for the new season, but this time make it bigger and better! This go-around, you can participate in up to four 45 minute virtual training classes per week. Depending on your fitness goals, budget and personal schedule, you can choose from one of four packages.
As a Doctor of Physical Therapy, I value the importance of safe and effective exercise methods. I strategically designed this program for individuals of all capacities, so it doesn’t matter what fitness level you are at. I encourage you to not be intimidated by the commitment needed to complete this program. This program is results oriented, which will ultimately allow you to track and monitor your improved fitness level over time. Also, as noted on the digital flyer, all packages will include bonus lifestyle coaching consultations. These consultations will offer a variety of educational and motivational information including nutritional guidance, injury prevention expertise, motivational feedback as well as customized cardio routines. You will see results right away, and I think that is motivation in itself!
