Total Body Pump
Each workout is designed to keep you aerobic and moving using mobility, strength, and HIIT fused together in a ‘flow’ following an upbeat and energetic playlist! This 60 minute PUMP flies by!
Body & Bands Training
Build strength & endurance with only your body! This series of workouts requires only your BODY & a resistance BAND! You don’t need weights to get STRONG, you just need your BODY!
Interval Circuit Training
Each workout is format based on the high intensity interval training (HIIT) method. The intensity of the workouts are geared towards exercises that will challenge you physically and mentally! The interval style format allows the heart rate to fluctuate from high to lows which produces an after burn effect allowing for continued metabolic burn up to 24 hours after completing your workout! These interval formats are most optimal for building strength and losing fat in a shorter demand time!
Each workout is based on the Tabata format of 20 seconds on with 10 seconds of rest.
