Interval Circuit Training
Each workout is format based on the high intensity interval training (HIIT) method. The intensity of the workouts are geared towards exercises that will challenge you physically and mentally! The interval style format allows the heart rate to fluctuate from high to lows which produces an after burn effect allowing for continued metabolic burn up to 24 hours after completing your workout! These interval formats are most optimal for building strength and losing fat in a shorter demand time!
