The Maria Method is made up of 3 components to lead an effective total body workout while promoting the prevention of exercise-related injury.
The Warm Up
This warm up is a mini workout! Varying from 15-30 minutes and is unique as it combines a fusion of a multiplanar, dynamic, therapeutic stretches, mobility exercises, and Yoga poses to prepare the muscles/joints for the workout portion of the workout.
Each workout is strategically designed by blending principles of cardio and strength interval training to reduce the burn out effect from overtraining. Each workout leaves you feeling good with an energetic pulse and positive attitude.
The Wind Down
The wind down portion is special as it restores the body back to a resting state with a calming Yoga-stretch flow to promote the prevention of muscle and joint injuries.
