Maria’s the 30 day challenge was a blast, really inspirational watching everyone do their challenges. Ever since I started working out with you I realized the importance of functionality of muscle. Your circuit training classes have helped my performance in the Spartan races in ways I never thought possible. The 30 Day Challenge got me better prepared for my next race in November and has taught me so much about myself and how much my body can take. I did one of the challenges over on a day I felt tired, I dug deep and got it done. Many times in life will be like that. You are tired don’t feel like it yet you know it must be done.
I would love to see more guys out there next time. These challenges and classes are extremely good for strength, endurance and functionality of the muscle. Weightlifting is great, I love it! But it’s one way to exercise. Your 30 Day Challenge encompasses every possible aspect of exercises that touches strength endurance, agility and flexibility. Thank you for all you teaching me!
